Resolved - We have fixed the issue causing EasyEdit to report a user as not logged in. If you are still seeing this issue please log out of the CMS, clear your browser cache and then log back in.

Thank you for your patience as we worked through this fix.

Identified - Chrome recently rolled out an update to how they treat cookies on the web. As a result, our authentication cookies related to Easy Edit and the Color/Font picker have stopped working.

We are working on a fix for the issue, but if you need to access easy edit in the meantime, please use Firefox or Safari.

Thanks for your understanding.

Resolved - Some customers experienced intermittent 504 error messages and site outages. We moved swiftly to get systems back online. We pin pointed the issue with one of our hosting providers having an unexpected problem with a load balancing server that they were able to quickly resolve. We apologize for the downtime during an important time of the week for you and your congregation and are working hard to ensure your sites stay online and available.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing heavy load on our database and as a result, you may experience 504 Gateway Timeout errors when navigating in the CMS.

You may also see that certain content on your website does not load. We are prioritizing website traffic over CMS traffic at this time.

Our whole team is working on resolving the issue.

Thank you for your patience during this time.
